Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 10 to 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

International Shipping

We offer free international shipping on all orders.

For orders shipping to the United States, United Kingdom and European Union: import duties and taxes are already included in the price you pay — either built directly into the product price, or shown clearly as a separate line item at checkout. There are no additional charges collected on delivery. What you pay at checkout is the final amount.

For orders shipping to all other countries: your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are assessed by customs once the shipment reaches your destination country. These charges, if applied, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
